JV JSC “ISHONCH SUG’URTA KOMPANIYASI”, a leading participant in the insurance market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, took a major step forward as part of the national strategy for reforming and accelerating the development of the insurance market, approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 4412 of August 2, 2019.

Responding to the demands and pursuant to the above Resolution, the company successfully registered and announced its 3^rd issue of shares. The total volume of the new issue is UZS 15.0 billion, which, in case of its full payment, will increase the authorized capital of the company to more than UZS 50.0 billion.

This expansion of the capital plays an important role for “ISHONCH SUG’URTA KOMPANIYASI”, since it allows the company not only to strengthen its financial position in terms of compliance with the mandatory standards, but also to expand the range of insurance activities. In addition to general insurance, the new amount of authorized capital will allow the company to carry out reinsurance activity.

It is an important milestone in the company’s development and this reflects the company’s desire for sustainable growth, consolidation of positions in the insurance market and reinforcing its role in strengthening the insurance industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a whole.
